Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any purchases made unless the product has been damaged during shipment or if the customer has received the wrong item.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue. Please have your item number and contact information ready. Item will be eligible for replacement at no extra cost or the customer can receive a store credit once we received the item. Item must be unopened and in the original packaging it was shipped in. Shipping costs will be waived for customer.

If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue. Item can be returned for store credit refund or we can replace the item at no extra cost.

Please allow all refunds and returned items 5-7 days for processing.

All shipping rates are calculated using weight and package destination. All domestic orders are shipped usingUSPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Express. All international and overseas orders will be shipped using DHL Express.
