  • We accept the following payment methods – Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay.
  • * We NO LONGER accept PayPal.

  • You may cancel orders for any reason within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.
  • All prices on items are listed in U.S. dollars, unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders are not binding until we have received payment and has been verified.
  • We are only responsible for shipping out your item with USPS services, either Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, to the validated address provided by the customer. Any delivery issues must be submitted and handled with the USPS.
  • If our system cannot verify the address provided we will try and reach out to the customer. If we cannot properly validate an address by 3 days we may cancel the order.
  • Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders unless stated otherwise.
  • All orders are processed for shipment Monday-Saturday. We do not ship or process shipments on Sundays and on federal holidays.
  • Please be aware all delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any purchases made unless the product has been DAMAGED during shipment AND/OR if the customer has received the WRONG item. (See details below)

01): If you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email so that we may resolve the issue right away. After 30 days have passed we cannot process any refunds or replacements on orders. Please have your item number and contact information ready. Item will be eligible for replacement at no extra cost. Item must be unopened and in the original packaging it was shipped in. Shipping costs will be waived for customer.

02): If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue. Item must be unopened and in the original packaging it was shipped in. Shipping costs will be waived for customer.

Please allow all refunds and returned items 5-7 days for processing and an extra 2-3 days to re-ship your correct item.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel any orders, refunds will be given within the first 24 hours after receiving payment. After the 24 hour period, we do not accept returns on orders. 

If you need to apply changes to the destination address, please contact us before item has been processed for shipment. If you happen to do so after the item ships we may include any stop-shipment fees. After USPS is in possession of the item, we cannot make any changes to the order and we cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds.

Shipping Policy

All shipping rates are calculated using weight and package destination. All domestic customer orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express shipping services.
